MAJIDLI INTERNATIONAL SERVICES & CONSULTING SASU is a consulting company, not a law firm, accounting firm, or real estate agency. This page explains clearly what we do and where we refer clients to licensed professionals.

Immigration, Asylum & Legal Matters

We provide administrative and documentary guidance: reviewing your situation, preparing checklists, helping organize and complete files (including ANEF, OFII, OFPRA and CNDA documentation). We do not represent clients before courts, tribunals, or the CNDA, and we do not provide legal advice or legal opinions, which are reserved by French law to licensed Avocats. Where judicial representation or a formal legal opinion is required, we refer clients to partner attorneys.

Nationality & Civil Status

We assist with preparing naturalization, nationality declaration, marriage, and civil status transcription files. Contested civil status matters or formal legal opinions are referred to our partner Avocats.

Translation & Interpretation

Sworn (certified) translations are carried out by qualified sworn translators (traducteurs assermentés) registered with a French Court of Appeal; we coordinate the process on your behalf. Standard translations and interpretation do not require this certification.

Domiciliation & Mail Assistance for Individuals

Our mail reception, scanning, and forwarding service is a private administrative service. It is not an official domiciliation body under Article L.264-1 of the French Code de l’action sociale et des familles (the specific regime for domiciliation of persons without a stable address for social/administrative purposes). Clients who need an officially recognized domiciliation for CAF, Pôle Emploi, or similar administrative purposes should also verify their eligibility with a CCAS or an approved domiciliation organization.
