MAJIDLI INTERNATIONAL SERVICES & CONSULTING SASU

1. Purpose

These general terms govern the relationship between MAJIDLI INTERNATIONAL SERVICES & CONSULTING SASU (« MAJIDLI INTERNATIONAL », « we ») and any client requesting our services (« the client », « you ») through this website or directly.

2. Services

We provide administrative and documentary assistance in four areas: Immigration & Asylum Assistance, Nationality, Family & Civil Status, Translation & Interpretation, and Domiciliation & Mail Assistance for Individuals, as described on our Pricing page and division pages.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative. A firm quote is confirmed after an initial consultation and review of your specific situation. Work begins only after the client has accepted the quote.

4. Payment

Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or full payment) are agreed with the client before work begins and confirmed in writing (email).

5. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. MAJIDLI INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for delays or refusals caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Scope of Assistance

Our services are administrative and documentary in nature. We do not provide legal representation before courts or administrations, nor legal advice reserved to licensed Avocats. Where judicial representation or a formal legal opinion is required, we refer clients to partner attorneys. See our Professional Disclaimer for details.

7. No Guaranteed Outcome

We assist with preparing and organizing files to the best professional standard, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of an application, procedure, or decision made by a third party (administration, court, or other authority).

8. Cancellation

Either party may end the engagement in writing before work begins. Once work has started, fees already incurred for work performed remain due.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service concerned, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in France.
